Event Catering and Grazing Table Terms & Conditions

1. Event bookings valued at more than $250 require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the event date. For booking valued at less than $250, the full amount must be paid for to secure you date. 
2. All quotes provided are valid for 7 days. To secure the event date outlined in the quote, quotes must be accepted within 7 days and the 20% non-refundable deposit (if applicable) paid by the same date as quote accepted.
3. Once deposit is paid, any remaining balance amount is to be fully paid 14 days prior to event date.
4. Once the remaining balance is paid , then NO changes (location, addition of food, time, and setup plan) can be made.
5.  Any date changes can only be made up to 3 months after your original booking date (subject to availability), otherwise no refunds will be issued. 
6. Failure to pay any remaining order amount by 14 days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, and the foregoing of the event date to other Grazed by Naz customers.
7. Setup, travel, and clean-up fees are separate from any catering package prices shown in pricing list.

Grazing Boxes and Ala Carte Terms & Conditions 

1. All orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
2. All orders valued at more than $250 require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the pickup/delivery date. 
3. Orders valued at less then $250 must be paid for upon booking.
4. Delivery fees apply.
5. Delivery subject to availability, please contact us directly to check availability 

Hire Equipment Terms & Conditions

1. Any hired equipment/props etc order valued at more than $250 require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the delivery/pickup date.
2. Once deposit is paid, the remaining amount must be paid by 7 days prior to the delivery/pickup date. 
3. Failure to pay any remaining order amount by 7 days prior to the delivery/pickup date will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and the foregoing of rights to hire the equipment on the required date. 
4. All equipments such as props, grazing boards and risers remain the property of Grazed by Naz.
5. Customers will be liable for any broken equipment/props/boards/riser etc.

General Terms & Conditions

1. No refunds/returns on any food items under any circumstances.
2. Grazed by Naz does not cater for people with any type of allergy or intolerance, therefore is not liable for any reaction or side effects caused from ingredients used in food production. 
3. Ingredients such as: Peanuts, treenuts, fish, egg, lupin, gluten, soy, milk, oat, diary, wheat, yeast, rye, barley and much more are found in our food and food production kitchen 
4. In the event that Grazed by Naz cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be given a full refund of any amounts paid.
